How does your delivery system work?

Please choose the box size you desire and the correct number of flavors to make up the complete box. Then choose pick up or delivery within Auckland option. Proceed to checkout. Once your order is processed, we will email you with the order details and necessary instructions.

Who delivers and how is it delivered?

We have a dedicated courier that specializes in delivering cakes. Your orders are picked up from our bakery and delivered straight to your door. All goods are handled with care.

What is our weekly pickup/delivery days and times?

Our dedicated baking days are Tuesday and Friday. 

Orders are dispatched at 12 noon on the same day.

What is Le Cordon Bleu?

Le Cordon Bleu is a prestigious cookery school with a long history and tradition of culinary excellence. Our bakers graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu academy in Wellington NZ.

What if I want to receive my order outside of the despatch days?

For custom orders, please contact us. We will endeavor to fulfill your needs the best we can. Note: minimum order requirements applicable.

What is a 3d pop up card and how does it work?

It is an option for you to include a 3d card with your order. So that you
can send a box of choclava as a gift!  You can choose either a birthday cake design or a flower bouquet design. You can also include a custom message to be hand written on the card. The 3d card will then accompany your order and will be delivered to the recipient.
